I came into Aspire deeply stressed and run down. My anxiety was so bad I knew I wasn't feeling right despite numerous doctor visits. After just one treatment, I felt better. Now, currently in treatment for about two weeks now and even my family has noticed a difference. I am able to manage stress a whole lot better. I had acupuncture before but Chris is great. I would definitely recommend any one to try at least once, because you will feel better.

Chris is great! I initially went to see him about my constant back pain, and on my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised at how well I felt after. At some point I really did think "So, this is what a pain free back feels like..." After the first couple of visits, we started to also work on my Stress/Anxiety issues and I do notice a difference. While the treatment path for acupuncture can be long, I haven't found any other medical professional to help with my issues as quickly as Chris is able to. The instant pain relief on the visits that we focus on my back make me feel like a normal person again.
9/28/2014 Update: Chris helped me through some extremely stressful times and I feel so grateful that he was able to help me through some of the worst pain I've ever experienced - allowing me to realize there is a life without constant pain and stress and recognizing that even though I had become somewhat tolerant of what was happening, I don't have to suffer through it.

I started seeing Chris to help with stress/anxiety. After the second session I noticed a significant difference and continue to do so. Very thankful a loved one encouraged me to go and that I found Chris/Aspire Acupuncture. Chris is very knowledgeable, kind and truly listens. If you are at all curious- give it a try! My mom and I visited Chris in September 2012 while taking advantage of the LivingSocial offer he had. It was my mom's first time experiencing acupuncture and came with a gammet of ailments due to her diabetes. She noticed improvements after her first appointment and even further improvements after her 2nd. She said she will absolutely go back home to NY (she was visiting) and continue acupuncture therapy. Quite a "win" since my mom is not one to prescribe to anything other than traditional Rx's from a bottle. I'm SUPER happy!!!
My experience was equally rewarding in that I immediately felt comfortable with Chris and was surprised by the time he took at the beginning of my appointment to get to know me a bit and some of my concerns. He has a very pleasant, calm and welcoming demeanor that is a wonderful fit for what he does. By the end of my first appointment I immediately felt relief from some stress issues and pain I had been experiencing from my carpel tunnel flare up. My 2nd appointment only continued to improve both those concerns. I will be scheduling my next appointment shortly as Chris is by far one of the best I've experienced for acupuncture.
If you're hesitant, his rates are the best in the area and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Aspire Acupuncture and Chris Landoll have exceeded my expectations in the past several weeks. Always curious about new ways to find optimal health and interested in trying to new experiences, I purchased a package for Aspire Acupuncture. I had always been fascinated by acupuncture but never had a "reason" to try it. I first met Chris in early August and was very pleasantly surprised by how in-depth our initial conversation was. I felt as though a treatment plan was being created just for me. My general health goals surrounded the areas of overall happiness, less anxiety, better stress management, and an ability to handle grief and sadness constructively. Acupuncture is not the only step I had taken in this journey. Around the same time I started visiting Chris, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put on medication. Over the course of the next 6 weeks that I was receiving acupuncture, I was aso taking a thyroid medication. I began to feel like myself again, and in some ways, better. I attributed this to the thyroid medication and thought perhaps acupuncture was playing a small role as well. I was feeling breakthroughs after the sessions with Chris, sometimes feeling quite emotional for days as though I was being allowed to process stress and feelings that had been stuffed so far down. But I thought my thyroid medication must be the primary cause of the dramatic shift in my mental outlook, energy level, and overall happiness. Then, today, I was proven wrong! I visited my Naturopath for the 6 week check on my thyroid levels. Shockingly, my thyroid levels have all but stayed the same (according to lab work)! Naturally, the ND rose my dosage and we hope that there will be a bigger shift after the next couple months. However, what this told me is that likely my thyroid is not functioning at a level that would explain the progress and success I have felt the past 6 weeks. All I can attribute this to is the acupuncture sessions. Having never been to acupuncture prior to visiting Aspire, I can't compare to other experiences. I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the experience at Aspire. I have already recommended Chris to many friends and recommend that anyone exploring acupuncture, explore Aspire.
