We came here after waiting too long at Firebirds for service, we were really pleased!
Service was stellar, we were greeted shortly after sitting down and got our drinks and appetizer quickly. The table was clean and well stocked.
The onion rings were super crispy and very flavorful. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich that was excellent, my son got a burger that was also really good. We loved the truffle fries. We got milkshakes to go and they were super tasty also!

We had the nicest waitress, Sam, who was genuinely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a nice experience.
Unfortunately, my burger, although very tasty, wasn't cooked as I asked for, medium rare. It was closer to well done. I'm not one to waste food, so I ate it anyway. The fries are mostly on the soggy side. I tasted my spouse chips, which we're great, so next time...
Their menu says they make their own cheese. When I asked for clarification, they're two cheeses they blend together, which would be a more appropriate description on the menu. Just saying.
It's super loud inside, just fyi. Neither that nor the burger being cooked wrong would keep me from coming back again. Plus, their prices are really good.

Update: the owner provided his email below to “further address my concerns” and then never responded to my message. Obviously doesn’t care that his restaurants serve raw meat that could make someone sick.
Tonight we ordered 2 burgers medium rare and they came out completely raw. Staff was polite but insistent that it was medium rare. The bottom buns were literally soaked in blood from the raw meat. Manager or whoever came out to speak to us was rude. I recommend this place if you want to get sick from raw meat

The food was great for an afternoon brunch with friends. The servers were awesome and took care of our table from beginning to end. Will definitely return.

The staff here is very friendly, but the food is not so great. I ordered a burger medium well and it came out rare to the point that the patty fell apart when I cut into it. I've been here twice and this has happened both times, so it's been disappointing. The first time, I sent the burger back and the (fully cooked) one I had was really good, but it seems rare to get this first time and I don't want to throw out a burger every time I visit (hence why I didnt return it the second time). Additionally, the toppings vary a lot - the first time I came, I got many toppings, while the second time they were scarcer and the bacon was burnt.
Again, the service here is really great, I've never had issues with wait time and they're very understanding, but the food has certainly made me hesitant to return. When it's made well it's amazing, but otherwise it's not worth the money.
