Very thorough. They took their time to walk us through the issues we have while they were using their camera equipment, so it was nice to see everything first-hand that way. They also answered all the questions we could think of including why our chimney is in the state it’s in and the different options we have to fix it.

Recently had my chimney sweep and everything went great. Brian was very courteous, informative and very clean!
He rolled a tarp from the outside right to the chimney so no coals or any dirt tracked on my floor. He was very informative of my type of chimney, the condition it was it and anything else needed to keep my house fireplace safe.
I would highly recommend to anyone else! It was a great experience

Brian and Cody came out to inspect and clean my chimney. They were super friendly and professional. They saw some things that could indicate a problem so they used their camera to get a better look. Luckily, everything turned out to be fine (it was previous damage that had already been repaired). While they were looking with the camera, they invited me to watch and explained everything they were seeing. They were clearly hoping that they could give me good news, but they weren’t willing to cut corners just to make me happy.
There was a computer snafu that messed up my original appointment, but they called and everything was straightened out.
I would highly recommend Chimney Wizard.

Chimney Wizard was recommended to us by Firehouse Casual Living Store when we bought our wood burning stove 6 years ago for our new home. The owner, Brian, installed our stove for us and has been coming every year since then to provide maintenance and cleaning. They are reliable and competitively priced but most of all, they do an excellent job and leave everything spotless. Thank you for continued great service!

Brian from Chimney Wizard was very responsive when I tried to be in touch, and was able to schedule me within a reasonable period of time. When he got here, he was careful to cover our floors to keep them clean, and position his vacuum where it made the least amount of noise. He brainstormed with me about some issues we've had, and offered several different tips and tricks. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the chimney, and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. Brian was kind, professional, and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend him for a chimney cleaning in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs NC area.
