Excellent work, reasonably priced, by far the most friendly and professional team. We have been dreading this house project but we could not have had a better experience. After we had critters break into our crawl space, it needed a full clean-out, new insulation, and a new moisture barrier. The team did a flawless job over a two day period and the communication from Brian and the team was outstanding. We will most definitely work with them again in the future. Brian and Dylan were professional, fast, and excellent. They enclosed our crawl space (hauling trash out) and we can feel a noticeable difference in our house. Additionally, we can now use the crawl space as storage. They also replaced the blown-in insulation in the attic. I am hopeful for significant reduction in power this winter.

The service Brian and co provided was unmatched. He did work above and beyond without charging extra and came back again and again to help us install extra latch to secure the crawlspace and inspect the area. I wouldn't want to go with any other company. Their rate is reasonable, and service is superb.

We were extremely happy with Crawlspaces and Beyond.
Brian and his team showed up on time, worked efficiently and effectively, were polite and professional, and even accommodated some limitations we had within our own schedule. They evened-out rough patches in the crawlspace dirt, and hauled away all of the old, crumbly insulation, rocks, etc. They also vacuumed out the entire area, so no lingering cobwebs or dust.
Customer service was also first-rate. Brian listened carefully to our concerns, and answered all questions in a detailed manner. We learned a lot from him.
The end result looked amazing! We went from a filthy, moldy, uneven crawlspace to a disinfected, fresh, tidy area. You would have thought that the house was brand new, rather than 40 years old.
The new insulation was up-to-code (clean and neat), and the premium grade 14 mil poly moisture barrier covered every square inch of the dirt floor (plus, we chose to have them run it three inches up the sides of the walls). As my wife said, “I wouldn't want to have to sleep in a crawl space but, if I were forced to, this would be the one I'd choose!”
