Man empire moving and storage is great! Movers where on time, the owner showed up himself to help expedite our move. I would highly recommend empire to anyone who is in need of some smart hard working people. Thanks again for our very seamless moving experience.

My experience with Empire Movers was beyond distasteful. I was referred to Adam’s company by my leasing office. I reached out to this company on October 13, 2023 to schedule a move. Upon the initial call to schedule, Adam was pleasant and informed me the price of the job. He shared that due to the size of my place, it would be a certain rate. I agreed to the rate and we scheduled a move time for 10:30a on On October 21, 2023. The Friday before, Adam called to confirm the move and I asked if we could move the time back to 11:30a due to us needing to meet our new leasing office and they opened later than we expected. Out of respect for his company, I did not want them to wait around for us. We agreed to a new time of 11:30am. The morning of 10/21/2023, Adam called and stated his guys were on a different move, and the customer asked for additional items to be moved. The guys needed and extra 30 minutes. I agreed and informed him we would wait for his guys to get there. 12:30pm came, no movers. I called Adam to which he sent me to voicemail and then sent a text. I informed him that we were still waiting in his movers. 1:30pm came and no movers. If I could have cancelled and went with another company at this point, I would have but due to me needing to move same day, no one else was available. The guys finally showed up after getting into a “wreck” 3 hours LATER. The move started at 3:00pm. The guys loaded the truck, pulled off from our old place BEFORE US, with the address and disappeared. We waited for 15 minutes without them answering my phone calls. They finally pulled up to the new place, and began unloading the truck. During the unload, we discovered that our tv was severely damaged, there was a dent in the screen that looked like someone punched it to the point that when it was turned on, you could not see the picture. To make it worse they sat it down with the screen facing the wall so we could not see it. There was NO damage to the tv prior to move, and we have witnesses to confirm. They also broke the rails to our new bed frame, literally snapped them in half. In reference to the TV, Adam would not provide us a reimbursement on the tv only to bring us a tv that is damaged at the bottom. We had to argue to even get that. They also broke the end table to my bedroom set, glass plates, a crock pot and THEN the cost of the move was not what we agreed to. Although we did pay him the full balance, I believe that my move should have been discounted considering the severe damage to my appliances and furniture as well as the 3 hour delay that I spent waiting for them to arrive. He insinuated multiple times that our furniture was cheap and the overall experience was less than pleasurable. I urge you all to be extremely careful when using this company as I would not recommend.

10/10 Fast, efficient, careful. These guys were amazing! They brought their own tools, wrapped fragile furniture, and took the stairs like a champ, all with no breaks.
Definitely would recommend them to anyone who's moving. Great service!

I got labor help from Adam in Morrisville, NC. Adam is so friendly, responsive and responsible. Even he was keep informing me when he will be reaching like he started for my place and the ETA. They are quick and careful while moving stuff. Highly recommended
