We had a group of 4 adults and we did The Uncommon Room challenge. It was an amazing experience! We all had a blast. We made it out in 56 minutes. This room is one of the more challenging options at this location and considering we were all new to the escape room scene, we weren't sure what to expect. We asked for 3 hints along the way which we later found out is pretty impressive for this particular experience. All 4 of us were actively engaged at all time and we had a lot of fun! Salem was on staff and she was super professional and helpful and she really added to our experience in a very positive way. We highly recommend Escape on Purpose and we hope to return soon to try another challenge.

Our game master was great! Shout out to Attic! However, comparing this experience to other escape rooms we have done.. we couldn’t help but feel disappointed. The puzzles were all linear, meaning members couldn’t work on any other task without completing the first puzzle. We also felt that the vibe of the room itself wasn’t exciting or engaging. My favorite thing about an escape room is the creative ways put in place to challenge participants but I felt there wasn’t much creativity here. Also some of the puzzles didn’t unlock when they were completed.

My family and I have done quite a few escape rooms all over the country and really enjoyed Terror on the Skies. The game master, Salem, was just great, the puzzles were difficult and the room is immersive.
A fee things to improve: the 4 digitit locks is a bit repetitive. This room is calling out for different lock types. Directional, word, RFID... get a bit more creative. There are no audio effects. Adding audio could improve the immersion and also a sense of urgency, of which there was none.
We will come back and do all the other rooms before the end of the summer.

We decided to do a small sweet 16 birthday party for our daughter here. And her and her friends had a blast. I had never done an escape room and was excited to do it both my husband and I had fun. We want to do more and are aiming for that.

The owners here were very accommodating and allowed us to start early. We did the sub escape and I'd say it was one of the more unique ones with great setup and really gave a claustrophobic feeling. Highly recommend if you have not tried this place.
