    Prepping for putting our house on the market , Fairway did an amazing job rejuvenating the entire exterior. Roof looks brand new , siding fresh and all exterior walkways clean. Appreciate the time to walk through the project pre and post work.

    Been using Fairway for several years and two different homes and they are exceptional. Excellent work, excellent service, great people and top notch communication. Worth every penny--thorough, helpful and detail oriented. Easily the gold standard in home detailing.

    We love the team at Fairway Home Detailing. We've been using their power washing and deck staining services for about 8 years and are always so pleased with the quality of work. Yesterday, they put lights around our gutter lines and roof peak. It's so beautiful! I plan to get on the calendar for next year's light installations as soon as it opens. :)

    Over the summer, we had flood damage in our house. Fairway staff was superb. They walked me through each and every step and I always felt supported. Chris and his crew were honest and attentive. Then! Fairway recently installed Christmas lights. Staff were great again! Attentive, purposeful, detailed. Here is an actual quotes from my wife and children. "WOW!" Fairway could NOT have done a better job. Thank you!!

    I hardly know how to begin this review as my experience today was the worst I have ever had with a local company, especially when I discovered it was the owner who I was talking with. On April 7th I asked for a quote to wash the pollen off my house, patio furniture by the cabana and lanai, hand dry exterior windows from house washing and clean 4 chandeliers inside the house. Because of scheduling they couldn’t come until today, May 8th. That’s a long time to wait but I needed someone to do the work so I agreed to the date. Chris Foltyn arrived and immediately started questioning the work order and pricing. He seemed to be trying to upsell me to power washing the entire house vs just rinsing the pollen off, looked at the cushions on the outdoor furniture under the lanai and made a face about cleaning them with just water. There was no mildew on any of the furniture or cushions so cleaning with water should have been sufficient. The furniture under the cabana is sling style so clearly all it needed was a water wash. He continued to strut around looking agitated and asked if I would be happy if bird poop was left on my house when he finished. I saw one and only one spot of bird poop and replied that I thought it would come off with water but he said no it would need soap and power washing. I asked if he would be doing all the work himself and he responded he wasn’t sure if “they” were going to send someone else or not. I pointed out pollen on a ceiling fan and said I wanted it cleaned and his response was “they” didn’t include that in the quote. I said I didn’t care if it wasn’t in the quote to please clean it and I would pay for it. He then said he wanted to come in the house to see the chandeliers that needed cleaning. When I showed him the chandeliers he again made an agitated face and proceeded to take pictures of them. I showed him one at the top of the stairs and stated that it would be very fragile and difficult to get to, I made absolutely sure to point out to the lady who made the quote on April 7th that two of the light fixtures would be hard to reach and would be delicate. Their quote was $25 each. Today Chris said they consider a $25 light cleaning to be for a box type light, whatever that means, and asked me if I thought $25 was fair for the very delicate chandelier I have, My reponse was No and that if I needed to pay more to just let me know what a fair cost would be. At that point he stated he was going to cancel the job and walked out of our house slamming the door as he left. Not once did he reveal that he was the owner, and as I said previously always referred to “they” . I felt he was being deceptive, most definitely was rude and not professional at all. I had already told him I was willing to pay for the ceiling fans to be cleaned even though I didn’t realize I would need to specifically ask for them to be cleaned when I asked for the whole cabana and lanai to be cleaned and I agreed that I thought $25 was low to clean the type chandelier in the stairwell. All he needed to do as a business person was to say he felt they had underestimated the job and give me a quote for what he felt it was worth. I had used Fairway a few months ago to clean the windows inside and out and when they gave me a quote online without seeing our house I even asked if they wanted to send someone out to see it in person before giving me the quote and the response was they they do this enough they know how to quote their jobs. I cannot understand how a business owner can be so unprofessional and turn what I previously thought was a very good company to do business with into one that I will never recommend because of him.
