My 1st experience was great. I ordered the oatmeal cookie protein shake & my fiance ordered the strawberry cheesecake protein shake & they taste amazing. We didn’t try any food , but we’ll definitely be back.

The service was fine, the atomsphere was welcoming but all I could taste was protein powder. I'm glad they were out of the wheat grass. At least we think they were. The young lady working the counter wasn't sure what it was & offered to call the owner but said it like she really didn't want to.

Where do I start? This place is amazing. From the moment you step inside, the welcoming atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy. Geoff and his staff are incredibly friendly and always eager to help. Whether you're looking for a healthy smoothie or a delicious tea, I highly recommend!!!!!!!

I just found the BEST spot in town. The service, the owner and the Peanut butter banana smoothie were OUTSTANDING! It was my first time here! Surely not my last. 8 plan to return tomorrow. Excellent and healthy!😃
