Dropped in desperate for a quick meal after getting off the highway. I immediately greeted the young lady behind the counter with a pleasant Hello, and she responded What size? I told her never mind.
If one can't greet me and provide basic customer service I surely don't want you fixing my meal. Sadly, staff don't know basic pleasantries and customer service in 2024. Customer Service does not exist here and it's very sad. The menu seemed decent but not much else to add here.

One of the best pizzas i have had. We dined in. The pizza crust was crunchy and light not too heavy and they have plenty of toppings to offer. One of the unique topping they offer is thai chicken, which i did not see any where. When done with baking they offer different sauces to top the pizza. I tried mine with ranch and it was delicious. We will return to try more combinations.

I'm usually a big fan and a regular at your spot in Cary, but I've got to be honest about my latest experience - it was a bit of a letdown. Ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery, and one of them came with a sweet "with love" sticker on the box. Nice touch, right? Well, it was until I found myself fishing out hairs from my pizza. Yep, more than one. It turned my stomach, and not in a good way.
I even made the trip back to your store to return the hairy surprise because, well, it was that off-putting. I mean, the sticker said "with love", but it felt more like "with extra toppings I didn't ask for".

Fast fried pizza style, always tastes better when you eat it hot out of the oven. Lot of topping options to choose from and have lot of seating n parking avaialble. They have outdoor seating avaialble too

I wonder how this place got such a high score. My kids' school held a fundraiser for dining at this place, so we made an online order in the morning, and expected it to just pick it up in the afternoon.
When we got there 10 minutes after the expected pickup time, there were too many people waiting to get close to the counter, and there were NO PIZZA on the pick-up shelf.
We had to go back ONE HOUR later. There was no sign to tell people "there are pizza ready on the shelf", and the cooks are too busy to answer your questions clearly, or bother to tell you that. Actually, if you pick up some pizza for others' order, no one would even notice it.
If that is something you can stand, they just put the baked pizza on a plain counter (it doesn't seem to be a preparation counter for me), and then one person put the pizza in the boxes.
What surprised me most is the quality of their pizza. It is the WORST for all the pizza you can list. There is rarely sauce or cheese on it, and the meat and veggies are just put on a plain crust without spreading.
Never will go again, and do not recommend.
