Beautiful location! Seating is limited inside, but there’s a nice outside patio with umbrellas at every table to keep you shaded. The barista who greeted me was very friendly and welcoming. I got the largest size Lavender Haze and it’s divine! Not to sweet, but just right. I’ll be coming back here when I find myself Apex.

Notes Coffee is a charming and cozy coffee shop located inside the Rock n Roll High School in Apex. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. It has a good selection of different coffee, hot tea, and iced tea. They have sugar free syrup options for the drinks. They also offer pastries including scones and cookies. The decor and some of the menu items are music themed. It's a really cute place and a must visit for music lovers.

This is definitely one of our family's favorite shops. If you are from the area, you know the local places lose their charm overtime. Not this place. It just feels like a breath of fresh air. I also always have a great conversation with the baristas there. See you guys soon!

I'm a regular here and show up maybe 3-4 times a week for a drink and a muffin. The baristas are friendly and welcoming, the drinks they serve are good and varied, and they have a great patio area with umbrellas for shade and relaxing under. Nice little place to get away from the office. I'm a matcha gal and love getting their strawberry matcha. They have a rotating seasonal menu (on top of their already robust one) so if that doesn't sound good to you, I'm sure they'll have something there that will.
