Replacing our old Pella windows was long overdue. Pella’s sales representative, Travis did a fantastic job of explaining the benefits of the new Pella windows including a visit to the local Pella display center. Within two visits we signed the contract. The windows arrived sooner than anticipated and the installation team did a great job of switching them out. Quick and tidy! We would highly recommend Pella to anyone looking for high end quality replacement windows.

Everyone I dealt with during the process was very pleasant and professional to work with. The windows look fabulous. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to show you a company that strives to provide excellent service and product.

Here was my experience working with Pella;
1) Good quality: Mine wasn't custom made, but it still looks great. The hired subcontractors were very professional. This is why I gave them 4 stars, its a nice product but there are a few items you should know.
2) High pressure sales tactics: Sales guy was nice and knowledgeable, but, he tried to close the sale same day we got our estimate. They offer you a 5% discount if you sign same day. It's not a huge deal, but know this going in, I wish I did, it would have changed how I engaged with them for the first step.
3) Not custom made: During the home sales pitch, they told me both my window and door would be custom made; hence the long lead time and price justification. At install, I found out it's all standard size/mass produced and they have make on-the-spot modifications to my home for installation....but very well done.
4) Its not 100% Pella: I specifically asked if they use outside contractors, I was adamantly told no, and it was a benefit of going with Pella "everything was in-house". This is not true, they use third party contractors for installation, not a Pella employee as you're lead to believe. Found this out at install.
Finally, they really push the google reviews, my sales guy followed up just to ask if I had made a review yet....this was a day or so after I signed the contract, no work had been done, how can anyone write a review without the final results? I think most of the reviews on here, are post-contract pre-install, for what that is worth. Oh, and they want payment up-front...(see item #2 again).
Despite this quasi negative review I would recommend them and their product, but would make that person aware of my experience so they can make informative/strategic decisions.

I highly recommend going with Pella and Chris Thomas. We had new windows installed in our Carolina Room in Pinehurst and were very impressed by the quality of work, professionalism, friendliness, and the final results. Chris was very responsive and always quick to help. Jimmy Patteson, the installer, was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any job – outstanding! We had a painter come over afterward, and he said it was the best work he had ever seen and wanted Jimmy's name and number. We will be working again with Chris and Jimmy in the future. Keep up the great work!

We had a great experience working with Pella! They responded quickly to our initial contact and send Garrett McCollumn as the consultant for our project. Garret listened carefully to what we wanted and collaborated with us design a project that fit our budget. We interviewed other window companies and found Garret to be a knowledgeable and non-aggressive salesperson, which we really appreciated! Our project happened on time (which we were not expecting). They offered a Saturday install which was very helpful for our busy schedules. The crew who put in the windows was lovely. They even fixed a gate they noticed was broken. We are very happy with the final product!
