First and foremost when walking in the shop owner/manager greeted someone walking in the same time as I by name. I cannot begin to describe how important this is for businesses. Then when I was greeted the manager was so pleasant to talk to, I began by explaining this was my first visit. The young lady that was working the register was new but the coaching from the manager was so gentle which highlights how this is a positive working environment.
My items ordered was a ham and cheese croissant 🥐. The buttery texture was just right and it was very tasty, my drink was amazing. Small details are HUGE for me, they placed my drink in a glass coffee mug which is a huge win for me. No other location last week that I visited used glass mugs.
The service was excellent, I had amazing interactions with everyone who waited on me. The atmosphere was super calm and relaxing, I think I've found a regular spot on my quest for the best coffee shops. Not only would I recommend this business to friends and family, but I would also suggest pulling away from corporate chains like the very huge competitors…which I will refrain from saying their name. But support small businesses. 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice place. Came here to read and wait while my spouse did an exam at Wake Tech. Very friendly and helpful staff. I don't drink coffee but know a fair bit about it having processed beans, roasted and packed coffee in Hawai'i. Very good selection of coffee and they take care and are well trained in preparation. I do drink tea and the selection of loose leaf tea is good and also thoughtfully prepared. Lot's of comfortable seating. Bright space but peaceful and subtle. Highly recommended.

I really like this place, especially atmosphere. Smooth jazz is playing, coffee is good, coach is soft, desserts are good too. I didn’t want to leave. Recommend this place. I would like it is closer to my home.

Really great coffee shop, they roast their own beans, have delightful pastries from local bakers, and even a really solid light kitchen for sandwiches and biscuits and such. Atmosphere is great - sort of between a small dive shop and a Starbucks - it’s a little bigger with some more polish, but still feels friendly. The owners (husband and wife) are humble and fun to talk with. They also have a great patio for outside seating.
Multiple vegan, dairy free, and gluten free options too!

GLUTEN FREE options! I had a GF cinnamon biscuit and hazelnut oat milk latte. Both were fantastic. You can tell the owners are passionate about coffee because the quality is there and it is good. It’s a cute, cheery shop but a little quiet. Personally, I always feel a little more comfortable when there is a hum of music and conversation so you don’t feel like everyone is listening to your conversation or you are talking to loud, but that is just me. I’ll be back!
