Went there last night, a band was playing...and we had good seats without any waiting time, the bouncer at door had adorable dog and most Charming manners to check your age... the workers were prompt to show up and take orders and kept on checking frequently..the pictures, signs, logos and artifacts are interesting, varied and ambiance is a mix of sports bar and cozy neighborhood joint. Bathroom was OK clean and I don't know if they provide mask or hand sanitizer as options, as I didn't look for it. Food was overcooked on greasy side and portions were good size. Live music was great and kept on waiting for some dancing to happen, not seeing any open floor provided. Overall a lovely and lively experience for a Friday night. Outdoors is cute with colorful setup, lights and plants. Oh they don't have proper margarita mugs, was served in regular glasses, didn't enjoy as I like prim and proper vessels for my various drinks.Furniture has character, I'd say. Must be visited sometime ❤️

Super cool sports bar. Service was amazing, and they had a full house with 3 servers and a bartender. Crazy busy! We were there to watch UofM and MSU game. Our server was so nice, even though she was trying to manage about 35 people and keep everybody happy. My drink was never empty in the 3+ hours we were there. When I visit NC again, I'll be going back to Woody's! Great experience! Oh, definitely try the garlic cheese curds! So good!

Only downfall was we had to wait a long time for our wings.. but it may have felt that was cause I was starving. We had the bone in wings with garlic parm and Joe buffaloe sauce. BOMB!

Really like this location in the atmosphere. Parking is always easy usually there's always a seat available unless you're extremely picky. However the last couple of times I've been there the servers seem apathetic to the customers. Almost like they wish we weren't there. That's disheartening considering a couple years ago I would have said their pub style servers to be some of the best in Raleigh. I hope they grow through this. My family dies out multiple times every week and this seems to be a common theme throughout local restaurants in even some national chains

We’ve been going to Woody’s other locations for several years and never had any issues but this location is pretty terrible if I’m honest. First, the Philly egg rolls at other locations are *chefs kiss* and only available on a rotating basis so we were super excited to order them but here they were really gross and tasted off to us so we asked them to remove them or to just comp us in another way which would have been fine (we left 3/4 of them on the plate). What were were met with is a nasty “we aren’t going to take them off.. it’s what you ordered” and “I wish there was something we could do” courtesy of a server that I assume made up a Random alias “Taylor” when I asked for their name since she gave a confused glare when I asked for the person responsible... Very interesting. At this point, we gathered the other dozen wings we’d ordered and opted not to order the drinks, paid for our food and left because we’re not going to argue over 13 dollars but wanted to warn you guys for sure..
Not sure if they’re racist or just have terrible customer service but I’d never recommend this place to anyone and if you do , be sure at the very least not to expect good service.
